While a lot of us may believe that marathon runners follow super-strict (read: boring) consuming strategies, 2017 TCS New York City City Marathon winner Shalane Flanagan is on an objective to expose the prevalent misconception that healthy consuming can’t have plenty of taste.

In Flanagan’s most current cookbook, which she co-wrote with friend and chef Elyse Kopecky, “Run Quick. Prepare Quick. Consume Slow. Quick-Fix Dishes for Hangry Athletes,” the long range runner shares a few of her preferred dishes– and ideas– for preparing healthy and tasty foods all the time, despite your physical fitness objectives.
