This wonderfully soothing chowder has a bit of whatever: crunch, creaminess, protein, veggies, and simply a touch of sweet. The chowder broth is made by mixing sweet potatoes, russet potatoes, onion, garlic, and a handful of corn, and the rest is perked up with shredded chicken, coconut milk, vinegar, and more of that crispy corn. Leading with basil or scallions. (And finest of luck conserving any for leftovers.)
